Yana's case was handed down to Helena after Ophelia failed to capture and deliver Yana to the IBI in a timely manner.

Helena sees Yana as nothing more than a law-breaking anarchist and has no trouble using deadly force to obtain her. Helena also perceives Yana to be a lesser being due to her being from a different planet and alien race.

A sister from the same alien race and agency, Ophelia and Helena are one brood (50 yrs) apart. Having only interacted during training and through Helena's antagonization, the two barely have a relationship like all sisters before them.
